Mr John Ogah

Chairman/MD/CEO

Mr John Ogah is an accountant by profession as he graduated with Honours in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt.Having worked with MBE Oceaneering after his youth service he gained tremendous experience in the Shipping and Marine industry being the forefront and backbone of the companys operations.After 5 years of loyal service to the company he decided it was time to start his own.In 2003 ODK International Ltd was registered as a limited liability company, step by step just like the proverbial mustard seed ODK Intenrational grew from a one man company to a company of over 50 employees.Mr John Ogah has attended various courses in Marine and Maritime management one of such at the prestigious Royal College of Cambridge in the United kingdom in 2012.The growth of this company has been attributed to his love for human resource. His duties are to oversee the companies’ strategic planning, management and administration of all its service divisions. He also serves as he chairman of the board on his other companies Oceanwind Marine Logistics Ltd and Opti-Asset Integrity Maintainance Ltd

Mr. Simon Carew

Administrative Manager

Mr Simon Carew is the admin Manager of ODK International.He his a graduate of physchology from the University of Jos.He has a strong instinctive art for management and has used it run his successful ventures before joining ODK.Mr Simo was an integral part of the growth of the company in the its early days to start.His strong managerial skills has provided stability to all facets of the companies service operations. He has had over thirty years of working experience in international shipping practice. Mr Carew, whose inspiration greatly assisted the establishment of ODK International has been using his vast knowledge of the intricate world of shipping to achieve high profitability and to efficiently put the companies under his management in the right footing for the challenges faced in a fast developing maritime economy like Nigeria.

Mr Emma Umoh

General Manager(Clearing and Agency Services)

Mr Emmanuel Umoh is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt.He has worked in various elecommunication companies like Multi Links and a host of others before joining ODK in its early days.He has been part of the company growth from its inception till date and is currently an executive Director at the Companys clearing and agency service division.

Mr. Daniel Ogbole

General Manager(NDT)

Mr Daniel Ogbole is a graduate of Agric Economics from Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi.After his youth service he pursued an ambitious career in the Oil and Gas sector in Port harcourt and was eventually rewarded with a lucrative offer as a contract staff In Exxon Mobil Oil and Producing Ltd.His dedication to duty and experience led him to be promoted to full staff where he handled most of the companys offshore operations as an Inspection officer.During his stint with the company he had bagged various professional qualifications one of such a certified NDT Inspector by LEAA.After 6 years of active service from Exxon Mobil he joined ODK International to oversee its NDT Operations.Dan Ogbole has over thirty (20) years working experience in the oil and gas sector. His expertise and passion for the job has greatly contributed to the rapid and progressive positioning of the company to meet the rising needs of her clients.

Mr. Ogoh Odaudu

General Manager(Shipping and Maritime)

Mr Ogoh Odaudu graduated from Lagos State University(LASU),Ojo in Public Admin.He was an accomplished sportsman during his university days and graduated to play professional basketball in Nigeria and the shores of foreign lands such China and Russia among others.After a successful career he retuned home to take over as Coach of the Rivers Basketball team where he won the national league series with he team.His experience in sports management earned him a spot in the company to oversee the Shipping Operations of all the companys vessels.During his tenure as the General Manager Shipping ODK has grown from owning 2 vessels to 5 vessels.He also attended the prestigious Royal University of Cambridge where has bagged a professional certification in International Shipping and Maritime management.He has successfuly managed the operations till date.He is also an assistant coah with Nigerias National basketball team

Mr. Eche Dennis Eyimoga

Head Engineering

Dennis Eyimoga holds a B.eng degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Yola. He has bagged various professional certifications such as LEAA Inspector NDT Services. He joined ODK International as an operations officer in 2007, and was promoted to the rank of Head Engineering in 2010, a position he occupies till date.
